Compensation Specialist
The main responsibilities will be to:
- Conduct annual compensation analysis and reviews
- Analyse the consistency of compensation packages on an ongoing basis to provide appropriate recommendations
- Investigate and recommend cost savings and improvement strategies related to compensation
plans
- Assist the Recruiters regarding new employees issues
The selected candidate will have the following professional characteristics :
- University background or equivalent
- Liking for numbers
- Excellent analytical skills
- Multinational experience
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English and French
- Computer literacy, Excel, SAP
