The Job
To
support this fast growing business our Human Resources
Department is looking for a young University graduate eager to
make a career in Human Resources.
The
role of Human Resources is to ensure that P&G has the
people and the organization excellence that deliver increasing
business productivity and continually improve consumer,
employee and shareholder value. Your development as a manager
in Human Resources will take place through different
assignments over a period of time which will help you build a
solid and complete experience in key HR areas such as
training, recruiting, plans and policies, employee relations,
compensation, international transfers, organization
effectiveness and business process re-engineering.
You
will have first class training by experienced managers and
immediate responsibility on important projects building the
business and the organization. An attractive salary will be
paid and will increase according to your performance.
Your Profile
You
are a young University graduate (Business Administration, Law,
Engineering, International Relations, Political Sciences,
etc.) with a very good command of English (French and German
are an additional asset). More importantly, you are a smart,
ambitious, resourceful and dynamic individual with strong
communication skills and the attitude to be an effective team
player. You are a self-starter with sharp strategic thinking
and the capability to make things happen. You are strongly
motivated to work in Human Resources and are ready to assume
early responsibility.
