As a result of the successful growth of our organization, we are now searching for a:
 
MEDIA MANAGER
 
You will be joining an international media team working with the media worldwide. You will be responsible for raising the media profile of the World Economic Forum, mainly in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
 
You will establish and manage relationships with media partners, reporting press and senior editorial figures in the MENA region. You will provide media coverage and translate and circulate news releases to regional correspondents and journalists, and will develop and nurture a professional relationship with them. You will identify stories and develop compelling narratives for media outlets. You will be responsible for promoting, engaging and coordinating the MENA media in all Forum activities (annual and regional meetings, initiatives) and providing the necessary logistical and administrative support. You will provide support in arranging interviews with Forum leadership.
 
You are a university graduate or equivalent, with at least three years experience in journalism and/or public relations. You are a native French and Arabic speaker and are fluent in English. You possess excellent writing and communication skills and are able to write good copy. Besides, you are able to build and manage relationships at a senior level within media organizations, and are ready to take on this challenge. Experience with the not-for-profit sector is a plus.
